Rule 138
Repeal and Rescue
(1) The following regulations are repealed:- (a) Parliament Secretariat Staff Administration Regulations, 2059
(b) Rules relating to Honorable Persons, 2059.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the regulations mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these regulations.
